Site visits are free. Standard construction quotations follow a visit and agreement from both sides to explore working together, without committing to the works. Bond or home-loan quotations carry a non-refundable preparation fee agreed before the visit. If FN is appointed subject to bond approval and the bond is approved, that fee counts towards the deposit.

We are a CIDB-registered contractor graded 4CE (civil engineering), CRS 10470116, and a B-BBEE Level 1 contributor. We are NHBRC-registered and a registered Type 2 asbestos contractor, tax and VAT compliant, and we hold a valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing, so our workers are covered for injury on duty. We carry Contractors All Risks insurance, R2.5 million on contract works and R2 million public liability, so the works are covered while they are being built, along with damage caused to other people and their property during construction. We comply with all health and safety requirements on every site. We also work hand in hand with registered structural and civil engineers and architects, so your project is properly designed, signed off and built to standard.

Private-sector work is not limited by CIDB grading; we size every job to our team and resources. For public-sector tenders, our CIDB grading of 4CE covers civil engineering contracts up to R6 million. You can check our registration, CRS 10470116, on the CIDB Register of Contractors.

Yes. We price civil and demolition packages from your bill of quantities, drawings or tender documents. A complete BOQ is usually priced within 7 working days of receiving complete documents; larger or complex packages can take longer, and we confirm a date when we receive them. Our compliance pack, covering CIDB, tax, B-BBEE, COIDA, insurance and the safety file, is available on request.

You deal with one accountable team from first visit to final sign-off, with Warren overseeing operations. You'll know what's happening on site, what comes next, and where the project stands against the timeline.

Plans and council approvals are arranged by you, and we build to the approved drawings. Where a project needs plans, you appoint a draughtsman or architect to draw them and submit to the City. At your site visit we will tell you whether your project needs plans and what the drawings should show, so nothing holds up the build later.
